Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in their original condition, exactly as received.
- Items that have been washed, ironed, damaged, or are not in their original condition are not eligible.
- Items with the price tag or brand tag removed are not eligible.
- Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.
- If returning via courier when there is no defect, the customer covers shipping fees (including sending the courier).
- If there is a defect and it is the only item in the order, Nice Code covers the return shipping fees, if there are other non-defective items in the same order, Nice Code does not cover the return shipping fees. In all defect cases, Nice Code covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer.
- Courier returns: once the item arrives to us, it is inspected to confirm it is in the original condition, this process takes up to 7 days, then we contact you and process the refund to the same payment method (refunds are not paid through the courier).
- To request a return or exchange, please notify us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, confirmation is required before sending a courier or visiting the branch.
- Returns during promotions: the return is processed for the full order, and the paid amount is refunded (excluding shipping fees), if you wish to place a new order, it will be placed based on the currently active offers. Learn more
Terms of Service (Order, Cancellation, and Payment)
- After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it.
- If you made a mistake with your order, contact us by phone at 01223547440 or email contact@nicecode-eg.com.
- When making a request, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate, you are authorized to use the payment method, and there are sufficient funds, you are responsible for informing us of any changes as soon as possible.
- To cancel within the cancellation period, please notify us using our contact channels.
- If you cancel as a consumer in Egypt within the cancellation period, you will receive a full refund of the product price paid within 14 days, the refund period starts 5 days after we receive the returned products.
- If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to stop shipment, you will still need to return all items, and you must take reasonable care of them and not use or wear them.
- Payment methods include credit card (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard) and cash on delivery (COD).
- Please keep receipts, emails, and order numbers until your product arrives and you confirm its condition.
